i really liked the apartment and the management for the most part, but there were dogs in surrounding apartments that barked and howled all the time. management did nothing about it, even though they said they would. other than that, really liked the apartment.

I luckily haven't had any problems with barking dogs, but the ceilings must be made out of tissue paper because you can hear everything (and I do mean EVERYTHING) that your upstairs neighbors do. Also, the grounds are always littered with dog feces. Would it be asking too much for the management to keep bags available for pet owners too lazy to bring their own?
