Location, location, location. That's what Timbercreek is all about. You couldn't ask for a better one. It's within walking distance of everything you could ever need and a short, free 'Dillo ride away from the ACC and UT campuses. The creekside apartments have a nice view and are quieter than the other buildings.

The management IS very personable, but there there seems to be a general lack of communication among the staff. Also, general maintenance is a decidedly mixed bag. The swimming pool is usually filled with leaves and the grounds are always littered with dog feces. Speaking of which, it seems very strange that a brand new Mutt Mitt dispenser would be erected in the parking lot while the one on the main grounds continues to remain empty.

Overall, I would recommend Timbercreek only to either students or people who like being very close to town. Those who want luxuries like really hot water and new appliancies should look elsewhere.
