More issues than sports illustrated..
Rat issues, cig butts around and sometimes in the pool, AC issues, poor mgmt and maintenance, non-working appliances when you move in, excuses for everything, poor recycling, garbage overloaded and around dumpsters, mold, could keep going but need to call a lawyer to see our options and straighten things out..
