I was one of the first residents to move into Jefferson Lakes when it opened in the Summer of 2001. I can say without a doubt that this is the BEST apartment complex I have lived in. The staff is always courteous and willing to help you out. In fact, I am a college student and the front office staff all signed a card and left it on my door when I was having final exams!!! That is unheard of!

The community is beautiful and located in a nice area, close to a large HEB grocery store. The apartments themselves are nice, my only complaint is that I think I am paying a bit much ($860/month) for their smallest one-bedroom floorplan. However, that includes a washer/dryer, vaulted ceilings, and covered parking. I have not had one thing go wrong with this apartment in almost 18 months of living here, and I renewed my lease for another 18 months because any other place would be a step down.

If you are thinking I am exaggerating about the greatness of this place, I'm not. It's just that I have lived in some real ------ complexes and this is a breath of fresh air. It's quiet, safe, beautiful, and the staff is wonderful. I highly recommend Jefferson Lakes.
