Pretty Nice Place to Live

The apartments are gorgeous. The scenery in awesome. You're right next to a grocery/video/hair cutter/mailing place, so everything is convenient. The hills are only a couple minutes from your front door. Maintenance was prompt and courteous. Management is pretty nice to you. They sure won't help you out at all, but they'll follow their rules to the letter. Don't expect any leniency. Parking is a problem. There really aren't enough public spots available and if you don't have your own covered spot, you're going to have to park pretty far away. Walls are decently thick. Occasionally there is a really bad smell coming from the water treatment thing at the back of the complex. They lowered the rent a bit so there are some of the noisier people renting there, but overall I loved living at Jeff. Can. I would recommend it to anyone.
