True if you live on the bottom floor, it can be a bit noisy at times, but that is true basically everywhere. The staff is amazing, maintenance is handled 24 HOURS a day, I've never had to wait more than 1 hour to get anything fixed. The grounds are spotless and the security is phenominal.
I have since moved to another apartment complex due to slightly cheaper rent and I am already wishing I was back at the lakes. I would recommend this place to anyone, anytime.
