Pros - close to HEB shopping center, Starbucks etc.

Cons - High staff turn-over, lots of dogs not on leashes, dog droppings, THIN walls

I haven't had as negative experiences with the staff as some others who've posted. Staff seems well-meaning, the trouble is as soon as you get familair with someone, they're gone.

Maintenance is good, but seem very overworked & understaffed. (Jefferson USED to have its own maintenance staff, and now we share them with another complex. Jefferson USED to have its own manager; now there's one manager we SHARE with another complex. They mean well but just have too much work. There;s no way they can get everything done)

They're not terrible about work orders, but you may have to call -- and call -- and call -- to get things done.

Walls are thin, and the noise in the apartments can be terrible, depending on your neighbors.

Pool area is very nice.

In general, a mixed review. Not a terrible place, not great either. I could see tenants who are lucky here loving it, but tenants who can't get their bug problem or AC fixed absolutely hating it. It really is hit or miss when dealing with the ever-changing staff.
