This place doesn't suck exactly, but it's not very good either.

We've rented apartments before, so we don't have high expectations at all.

Still, we'd had problems.

THe landscaping and the grounds look very pretty and well-kept, and there are some nice people in the office. The weird thing is, there always seems to be someone else who's not as nice or competant in there when you need something.

A couple of months ago I took in the rent check and asked for a receipt. "WE DON'T GIVE RECEIPTS!" The Jefferson Canyon girl really kind of yelled at me.

**BIG RED FLAG** -- The kind of girl who;s going to yell something like this is the kind of girls who is going to loose our check.

At any rate, there are too many things like that. They're trained to say "We value you as tenent," but you always want to say back, "Well, why did such-and-such happen then'"

I almost feel guilty giving them a mediocre review, since there are some very nice people whp work here. Still, they have made some mistakes that have cost us money, and it is really hit-or-miss when you have a problem.
