I agree with those who have said that the office staff is... Well, annoying is an understatement. I just don't like dealing with them.
Fortunately, I didn't have to deal with them very often. I regret leaving Jefferson Lakes because the maintenance staff was so capable and friendly and because I had good neighbors. It's a (relatively) quiet and plesant place to live.
Go ahead and move there. Be advised about the air-heads in the office, but don't let them get you down.
