It's sure a hassle & a half living at Jefferson Canyon Apts. Read what others posted, it's pretty on the money.

I'd also add that they're always sending new strangers into our apartment for something or other. I've lived at apartments before, but never had this NON-STOP bunch of strangers trying to get into my apartment all the time.

They hardly give notice at all, you might get something the night before, or no notice whatsoever. It's a drag because these strangers rummaging around when you're not home isn't so great: your stuff can start disappearing etc.

To repeat what everyone else complained about: there's massive turn-over here. It's always their excuse -- "Well, this is the first time I'm hearing of it." You've been trying to get a work order thru for months, & you always have to deal with new people all the time.

* * And don't try to walk outside at all. Jefferson Canyon is designed so poorly (no walking paths), you'll get run over or bitten by a dog (none are EVER on leashes).* *

I'm really disgusted with this place. I thought that with the renters market being the way it is, they were supposed to be treating tenants BETTER to get them to stay as tenants!
