Welcome to the Twilight Zone. The staff is always in motion, rushing & stressed (cut-backs mean more work for the ones who haven't been "let go"). It's not clear exactly what they're doing though, & our issues never seem to get addressed.
Ever revolving managers & staff is hell for tenants. The first manager here was GREAT, & she stayed the longest. But cutbacks mean that now we share our manager & service staff with another complex. It's too much work for anybody; sometimes I think these are good people who are over-worked, other times I'm just completely disgusted at how rudely we're treated, how many times we have to phone for the same problem, etc.
All the managers after our first one barely lasted more than one or two months. So you have to start from square one, explaining your insect problem, noise problem, etc. all over again.
The latest manager is our least favorite. We get all those flyers saying how much they value us as tenants (& they send out ALOT of them), but we're basically disgusted & planning to move when out lease is up.

I completely agree. If youre moving out and want your deposit money, you better start working the staff for it ASAP. They really should have sent me a bill, but thier incompetence was my gain!
