I was just laughing at what someone else wrote in a review of Jefferson; It's so true..... Someone wrote how excited they were to move in, and it was all downhill from then on.

The landscaping around the main office is gorgeous, so it's impressive when you're checking the apts out. The computer room, everything seems so nice. (Once you move in, reality strikes: Read the rest of this review AND read all the others)

The Good & Bad Stuff --

The Good:
Pretty office. Nice gym. Really nice rec room. Gardeners & Pest Control come regularly.

The Bad Stuff:
Pretty much everything everybody else wrote here -- unleashed dogs, thin walls (& noisy don't-give-a-damn neighbors), dog feces (I've heard people who WORK at Jefferson complain about stepping in poop, sometimes day after day), no walkways so if you try to walk somewhere you'll get hit by a car.

I could go on, but...just read the other reviews.

When we moved in, we were so impressed with Jefferson. But reality came & crushed us in the face.

There are a few very good employees in the office, along with some terrible ones. It's no secret that Jefferson Canyon has a religious staff (I think they even have Sunday bible meetings). There not pushy about this, but it adds to tenant frustration because staff turn-over is so high anyway; there are also staff who leave a year or 2 at a time on some "religious pilgramage" or something. (I forget what they call it exactly.)

I haven't had as much trouble with the new manager as the stories I've heard. We've had ALOT of different managers at this property, for some reason.
