Mediocre at best

Yes, the walls are thin. I can clearly hear the person next door talking on the phone and his stereo might as well be in my bedroom. I can also hear every footstep of the people above me.
Get a garage or carport! Otherwise if you come home at 8 pm you likely will be in for quite a hike to your front door (quite a pain when you have a car full of groceries, etc). Along this same line, there is an abandoned blue car by building #14 that has had a flat tire for six months and hasn't moved since before last Fall. It's taking up an unassigned parking spot and management should have had it towed months ago.
I had only one maintenance problem and it was dealt with competently and quickly. I spray the place for bugs myself, and don't really have much problem in that area.
Most all of the dogs I see are leashed, but there is plenty of doggie doo all around.
My biggest complaint is that I often have to go to the office several times before I can catch someone in there to help me. This was a big problem for me, but they did finally do something about it so it's at least "better" than it was.
