I have lived at Jefferson Canyon for almost 2 years. The turnover in the office is ridiculous. There is not consistency. I had a major incident last summer and the repairs have still not been completed. Also, the place is a mess. The amount of papers that are left on the doors creates a mess throughout the complex. The dog poo is just as everyone says, impossible to miss! The parking is not so bad, unless someone parks in your assigned space, which happened to me. The office personnel informed me that I should try to find the person and/or leave a note! I'm paying for the space, they should have the car towed as their "policy" states!
I am currently looking for another complex, where hopefully there will not be as many problems.
