Jefferson Canyon requires that you give them 60 days notice when moving out. Tomorrow will be 60 days before the end of my lease and I have yet to get a renewal letter. I have been asking for it for 2 weeks along with assistance to move from my 1 bedroom apartment to a 2 bedroom apartment. No letter and no help... with each phone call I've made, someone has said they will call me back but no one has. With all the crap they post on your door every day you'd think they'd be able to send a little renewal letter to you. I have enjoyed this apartment and love the ammenities but they have now lost a model tenant that would have gladly renewed had they only taken the time to DO THEIR JOB and show me a 2 bedroom apartment. What a shame...

I lived there for almost 2 years. The office people suck, always have.
