I just moved in with my roommate and she says that all in all, she is satisfied with everything but the parking. I can't say for everything else, but the parking is horrendous! Twice this week I have had to park the equivalent of four or five blocks from my apartment. If you can't be home every evening by 5:00, forget it! I guess you can be manipulated by this fact into paying for a covered spot or garage (although having to pay extra to be able to park in the same zip code as your apartment seems unfair) but just hope you never have any visitors b/c they will be SOL. I suppose this place is fine to live at if you only have a bike, but otherwise, you'd be better off somewhere else.
