I will be leaving - not because I am not happy here, but because the commute is just too much for me anymore. I've been looking south, and this place looks like paradise compared to the high-priced, drab apartments I've seen in South West Austin. I love the layout (third floor, great kitchen).

I will say that I now have a noisy neighbor downstairs, and that management has only responded somewhat to the situation.

But, overall, I feel very safe here and will be very sad to leave.
