I have lived here for over 5 years and each year it keeps getting worse, first it was the poison ivy and having children's events like egg hunts etc beside it and eventually the apartments not taking responsibility for it so the CARES team pulled it up to make it safer. Next came management changes, when Janet was there things were smooth and from time to time people like Marcia were a bit snobby but not like it is today, they have for all purposes combine us with Jefferson Canyons and to review leases, make complaints, ect we have to go over to their main building not our own. This is very very silly.
The topper came for me this year, my rent has not gone up for the 5 years I have lived here and now all of a sudden almost 200 dollars, not to mention they gave me less than 60 day notice of the mark up leaving me in a bad place because I had to give them 90 days to move out. This is bogus. I can say I was hoodwinked into an inflated lease ate fro one more year but it will be my last especially since apartments in the area are advertising for much less plus move in rebates. DO not let this happen to you, rumor is they are trying to sell the property so they are trying to get everyone on the same rental level, what a crock they do not care to keep tenants but make a profit. Good Luck there. However a select few get offers to get carpets cleaned and appliance upgrades but only those who the office deems worthy. RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE......
