Management isn't getting any better

Okay so we thought maybe when this place changed management companies it would get better but unfortunately it has gotten worse.
JPI owned this place when we first leased here and after the corporate office in Dallas wouldn't return our calls, I knew we should never have signed a lease. Now after two weeks of holding a rental history from another apartment complex, this place says we never gave notice. Funny how our rent check was deposited but not our notice. And despite giving a 60 day notice (requirement in our rental agreement) when speaking to the new management company I was told it had to be a 90 day notice because they do things one month ahead of time.
Parking is horrible, the repairs are not done in a timely manner because the main offices looses the requests and to top it all off the on site emergency person never calls you back despite an emergency.
