Where to begin . . .Let's see, one of the residents in my building was arrested a week ago, I had eight police officers banging on the door to an apartment across the hall from me in February for a domestic dispute, an alleged rape ocurred sometime in April, the police make weekly visits for one reason or another, and the managment is incredibly disorganized, incompetent, unfriendly, and have no understanding of customer service. I had requested to have my carpets cleaned after renewing my lease (which was a huge mistake), and it was rescheduled three times because management wasn't organized/competent enough to accomplish scheduling this simple task. My air conditioner doesn't drain properly and so condensation builds up, causing it to leak and leave water stains all over my utility room walls. I'm sure I have mold growing by now. I have continuously contacted them to have it fixed, and it still continues to leak. They give less than 24 hours notice when entering an apartment for a scheduled check (fire extinguishers, dryer vent cleaning). And the attitude of the management staff is rude and aloof. They know nothing about customer service. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Me too! They said they would clean my carpets and that was three months ago!
