When I moved in a year ago into the cmplx which includes what was known as Jefferson Canyon, it was never stated that I would have to pay for an individual water and waste service in addition to the city of austin utilities bill. Now I have to pay about $50 more per month than my quoted price when I signed the original lease because the bill is simply added to the rent. And now I can't seem to get an issue involving auto bank withdrawal for rent resolved. I never authorized the payment and subsequently got a double bill for the month's rent, and mgmt hasn't been able to resolve it.
In addition, the noise disturbances are never taken care of in time. And after mgmt purposely and knowingly witheld information about a rape crime commited in april, I completely lost all respect for this place. They only came fwd with the information after the news reported the incident 1 month later.
NEVER RENT HERE!!!! KEEP LOOKING!!!
