We lived here for 18mos. We would have stayed longer but they tried to raise our rent 250/mo. The location was great, I was close to work but it wasn't worth 250/mo more. We took over a lease on a 3BR model with carport for 850. Then we got a garage for 50/mo. Signed a 1yr lease for 900/mo but the garage was forgotten about =)

They wanted 1050 to renew our lease. We bailed. The staff was okay, but you could tell a difference when they changed ownership. We were on the corner of the building next to the gate, that gate made so much noise at night it would wake you up. Other than that it really wasn't bad for noise. Unless they have lowered their rates, I would not recommend.
