Prior to moving in I read all these awful complaints. Which was discouraging to say the least. But once I actually moved in, I realized how wrong everyone is. The staff is extremely friendly, along with most of the people that live here. You get huge walk in closets which each room (every girls dream haha). Also I have had a few issues with things not working right, but they sent the maintence guy right over and everything is fixed. Its a really great place to live, and its close to Round Rock as well as Austin. Great location! So just wanted to post this and show the positive side. :)

Either a lot has changed in the past year, or this review was written by management. I think the leasing office staff can be nice to your face (sometimes), but they're also usually lying to your face. And they don't seem to pass on maintenance requests to the maintenance team because we often wait a long time for maintenance people to show up.
