I too am very surprised at the low ratings. I am SO happy to be living here - especially compared to the hellhole I previously lived (more like existed) in at Point South Apartments on Willow Creek Drive. (Check out my scathing review on THAT place.) I feel like I've died and gone to heaven. I now have this beautiful, spacious, newly painted and carpeted apartment, an attached garage, a lovely balcony surrounded with trees which provide lots of privacy, nice appliances - all for just about $220 more than I was paying at the previously mentioned hellhole. The only things I would change would be the distance I have to drive to UT, plus it would be nice to have access to public transportation & a more bike-friendly community... those are the closest things I have to complaints. My experience with the management has been very positive so far too. Highly recommended!
