DO NOT RENT HERE
The rental office staff is utterly useless. They messed up my rent with someone else's and sent me a notice to vacate the house 2 weeks after I moved in
The maintenance is pathetic. My dishwasher was never working. I asked for it to be fixed. It never got fixed.
My refrigerator stopped working. They replaced the refrigerator after 1 day. By that time, I had to put all my food into thrash. The alternate refrigerator had such a HORRIBLE STINK that I could not stay in my house for 1 week. I asked them to get it replaced and clean the carpet and de-odorize the house. They replaced the refrigerator but never cleaned the house. THE HOUSE STILL STINKS.
Other people are horrible. Every day night I hear drunk people making noises. Very frequently during nights I hear a girl screaming loudly at her boyfriend. Cops are in the apartment everytime this happens.
In summary. DO NOT RENT HERE. SAVE YOURSELF A LOT OF MISERY. THERE ARE TONS OF OTHER APARTMENTS THAT ARE CLOSE TO TINTARA.
