My husband and I moved here in November and we have been quite pleased. We live on the newer side, Canyon Side, of the complex and maybe that makes a difference. The view is great of the nature preserve. We haven't been here through the summer so I can't comment on the pools just yet. The staff is nice and friendly.
Sure, there are speeding cars and people don't pick up after their animals but that isn't the complex's fault but rather the inconsiderate people that live there. And lets face it...you are going to get that anywhere you live.
We have been very pleased since we moved here.
