I don't like saying not nice things about people but the office staff SUCKS! They don't return phone calls, don't respond to maintenance requests and talk to you like you're stupid and annoying for bothering them with your requests. I cant tell you how many times I have driven through the property and see all of the maintenance men hanging around in their carts talking to each other. I work for a property management company and am in charge of the maintenance division, I could give them a mile long list of things that need their attention and that's just from what I can see on the outside. The Four Points pool is always broken for whatever the excuse of the day happens to be at that time. There is never any parking and when you try to call and request a carport, they don't return your phone call. Four months later, I'm still waiting for that call back. All in all, the location is nice and the apartment itself is nice although they could use newer appliances. I just hope you never have to talk to the office staff.
