Toscana Apartments

So Far So Good From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/20/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   I have only lived here a month and so far everything is great. Only a few small things bother me. Traffic is pretty loud since i am located right by pond springs and anderson mill. Also there are so many dogs here it is a pain in the butt. they bark all the time and crap all over the place. You have to watch where you step otherwise no one cleans up the dog crap. Also, even though this place is gated people still follow others inside the complex. The people before me repainted my apartment, but it was kind of a crappy job. While i was moving in i got some dirt on the wall and i tried to wipe it off and the paint started coming off. Also around the sink that sealer stuff keeps pealing off. Also there are a lot of smokers here and there are cigarettes on the stairs and the smell is horrible. I have not gotten my first bills in yet, but i was hoping to only have to pay electricity,but i have to pay that and gas. parking is kind of hard at night. During the day everything is open. The bedroom windows are pretty thin and I can hear just about everything that goes on outside. Otherwise everything is great, besides these little details. The rooms look great (mine does anyways). I love the layouts. Allyson works here and has been very helpful. I have not talked to any of the other staff here so i can't complain so far. I did need a new air filter and the changed it that same day. I will write another review at the end of my lease to let ya'll know if there have been any changes.
