I used to live in Polo Club apartments and I couldnt wait to move to Toscana, seeing how it was a well deserved upgrade. The staff is very friendly and all know me. The main problem is, they always seem to be INSAINLY busy. And it is always at night when they have 1 person working. Wouldnt that tell you that you need more employees at night' My apartment is on the corner, and contrary to what others keep saying, my windows and walls do not seem to be thin. My upstairs neighbors have a chiuauah that is always running and barking, but they were suprised when I said that I have never heard their dog. The only thing that I have ever heard is my upstairs neighbor vacuuming, and I only hear it if everything is turned off.
During the major hail storms, I didnt even know it was raining, let alone hailing. The grounds are nice except if you live near the courtyard on the side by the gym, you have to watch out for poopie! I sit and watch a girl everynight let her dog out and use the restroom and then give her dog a treat and run inside. It is my fault for not reporting it. I too have also heard the CRAZY motorcyclist who has a popping muffler. It is quite annoying when you are outside talking to friends. Also, I have a HUGE patio, except, mine is the only one that doesnt have plants and mulch infront it. So when they come to mow, I have grass EVERYWHERE! I am always sweeping that thing.
I left my broom outside to dry one night and forgot to bring it in before I went to work and they left a note on my door saying to take inside my broom, and they will be checking back again tomorrow. That is a little rediculous if you ask me.
All in all, I do love living here, it is very quiet and peaceful, besides bike boy, Everyone is real friendly, The grounds are pretty and the pool is too. But it is like there is a pool party all the time. I am happy still. We will see when it is time to move out! lol. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
