Great place to live!

The landscape is beautiful, the staff is polite and helpful, and for about 2 months after moving in I was still trying to figure out if I had neighbors.. thats how quiet people are here. After living in a truly ghetto dump, moving here was like moving to paradise. It still looks like new and I feel totally safe here. I wouldn't suggest living right next to the pool or highway if you like silence, but that really goes for any complex. I always have a parking spot directly in front of my building at any time of day, but if you are thinking about moving to an area with several apartments and limited spots, I recommend paying the small extra fee for a reserved car port. This place has lots of great amenities like a 24hr gym, laundry room, a club room (big screen TV and pool table), and a pool that is always clean and usable. I came from a complex where people let junk pile up on their balconies like it was some kind of storage space and it really makes the whole complex look ALOT trashier. One day I noted to myself that the person living below me was throwing cigarettes off her balcony and the pollutants were just piling up there on the grass. Like magic, the next day everyone got letters notifying them of this and a few other lease violations. Since then its been nice green grass free of litter and dog poop. I basically love living here and unless you like being ghetto, I'm sure you will too.
