This was my very first apartment after a year of dorm life - I should've stayed in the dorms!
Terrible neighborhood. I'm a good sized male with a black belt in Tae Kwon Do and I wouldn't walk outside after dark if I didn't have to.
My girlfriend's truck was broken into right outside of our front door.
When my roommate and I first moved in, our refridgerator smelled like carcass - took weeks to get a new one. Downstairs toilet flooded twice - flooded the entire first floor of our apt and part of the neighbors'.
Walls are paper-thin - you can hear EVERYTHING your neighbors are doing.
Small laundry facility - my girlfriend's and my clothes were stolen once.
There was a dumpster right outside our door... 5am, every morning, the homeless would get in the dumpster and rummage for bottles and cans for recycling, making a lot of noise.
Terrible neighborhood, badly constructed, cheap rent. Like the other person said - live here if you don't mind living in the ghetto and your roommates are pro wrestlers and bouncers (at least 4 of them)

These people suck! Me and my roomate signed a lease in March and were guaranteed we would both be together in a 4/4. We just found out today (4 months later) that we will not be able to live together. So, for four months we were excited about living here and that 4 months of time sitting around thinking we were going to live here, we wasted our time. Now we are left to looking for something else. And after the big inconvenience they were able to cancel our lease. We were so satisfied after that!!! That really did us a lot of help!!! Yea right!!! Ann you should have done more to help us out. Put yourself in our shoes lady!!!!!!!
