I have lived in Town Vista every since it first opened its doors to lease. I must say it was very nice and quiet when I first moved in. The management staff has gotten better as the years have passed. The bad things about living here is the trash problem at the dumpsters. There are not enough dumpsters in this complex, so sometimes it can look a big ghetto at the dumpsters. Another bad thing at this complex is there is a lot of kids because they do offer subsidized housing options and the kids can be wild. Another bad thing is the pool in the summer time is packeted with kids. And Town Vista has a nice gym facility, but it is only open during business hours, so if you work during the day forget ever using the gym. The office hours to the office are not resident friendly for those who work during business hours. The Towne Vista Office seems to open late and close before one can get out of rush hour traffic. Some of the residents in the complex think you want to hear their music, or hear their pets barking all night. And the worse is hearing the car alarms going off at all times of the night sometimes. Now the good thing about this apartment complex is it is close to all major highways and the interstate. It is family friendly, and the apartments are nice inside especially for the affordable price. I have mainly continued to live here because it is easy for me to get anywhere in Austin from the Towne Vista location, and the rent has been affordable.
