I have lived here for 2 years and the apartment is 750 sq ft for a reasonable price. Management seems to change often. Often there is a problem with maintenance. Sometimes it takes much longer than it should to make repairs. When I moved in there were people selling drugs late at night. There has even been a murder in 2008. I don't know if the car break-ins are still happening but that was a real problem.
This area is convenient to stores and eating places. I wouldn't walk around the complex alone at night. But, the apartment meets my needs and I have never had any trouble with any of the neighbors.
