I moved into one of the bi-level efficiences about a year ago. Overall, I have no major complaints. The apartment had just been renovated when I moved in, so everything is new and I like my small space. Everything is also holding up well.

The parking is interesting in the the middle lot, but there are two other lots to choose from if you don't mind walking a little.

I never use the laundry facility, I go to the laundromat. For 70 some odd units there are only three washers and two dryers.

I do have a problem with neighbor noise. In the efficiencies you share a lot of wall space with neighbors on both sides and can usually hear a lot.

There is only one trash dumpster and it often overflows.

I have no problem with bugs.

The management and maintenance are receptive. Management just changed so I haven't had any experiences with the new management (Capstone) yet.

Overall the apartment has served my needs, but I'm definitely ready to move into a larger space.
