During the time I've lived here, I've seen many car windows broken, glass on the ground, and angry people. Vehicular security is bad, but I have yet to hear about anyone with their apartment broken into.

When I first moved in I had an infestation that soon cleared itself with lots of cans of Raid.

Other than that, the place is nice, quiet, ad close. Although I wouldn't move back, it is a nice place.
