That basically sums is up. This place looks like a total -------- but they charge ridiculous prices that I never would've paid if I hadn't just moved from California and thought it was a steal. The train was really loud and shook my apartment. The balconys all looked as if they were about to fall apart, and the walls were very thin and neighbors could hear eachother very well. I would not recommend that you waste your time with this place. Although some of the insides of the apartments look kind of cool, it's not worth it. You could get a nicer place for less money in a better location. Also, the old management was good, but the new people don't seem to have any idea what they're doing.
