I was on the waiting list for 3 months before an apartment became available. It was definitely worth the wait. My apartment is cute and I live close to everything. The office staff is very nice and my maintenance request was handled the same day. There are security cameras in the parking lots and plenty of light. Overall I think it is a nice place to live.
