children playing soccer up and down the walk ways at night, this is the place for you! If you like your car broken into, this is a great place for you! I've had a bad experience here but it wasn't the worst. I'm a full time student and it was hard for me to study when unsupervised children were playing soccer in the walk ways until around 10 p.m. Several cars were broken into, vandilized, or taken right out the parking lot. Security officers that were there were scared to do their job. Now there are no security officers. Management is never in the office and screw up on paperwork all the time. Manager will not call you back after you leave messages. Maintenance is poorly and cheaply fixed. To be honest, things were going good until we got new residents from Louisiana. Sorry to say after they arrived, everything went down hill!

--------!!!Trails @ Vintage Creek is not loud and cars get vanilized everywere and anywere you go!!! If it wasent for the security officers that are here 24hr 7days a week I dont know what I would do. Management is always in the office untill 05:30pm and there has been times that I have called the after hours services line and they have came back to the property just to open my apartment when I had miss placed my apartment key. Not all apartment complex do that for there residents.
