This place was horrible. I never unpacked my things, never used the kitchen, could not cook in the tiny kitchen bcs the roach problem was deplorable! Then I find that the horrible scratching noise above me ( thought it was a dog ) was a rat... roaches and rats! And this, even after several sprays and several extreme sprays from pest control. Talk about unsanitary and disgusting, I barely lasted a couple of months before I demanded a transfer... had to get out of there, and paid $525 for those living conditions. Then left and conveniently mgmt forgot to transfer my pet deposit to the new apt complex. ONCE tried to use the laundry facilities and when I brought the basket in, huge roaches had jumped in the basket and then got in the apt...an absolutely horrible experience.

Absolutly does not surprise me one bit...that place has been a hole for years and the management is totally inept. I wonder if the owner of the place knows how bad his property is...or should we just say slumlord.
