I lived here for 6 months in 2006 and it was a pretty good experience. The apartment was really roomy and the price was right. I LOVED the layout of the living room with an old style fireplace in the center of the living room. The neighbors were cool and I and the complex had a very South Austin vibe to it.

Negatives were that the pool had been filled with dirt and there was no recycling. The groundfloor apartmants at the downslope of the courtyard also flooded a couple of times during the time I was there.

And worst of ALL....Phoenix property management will rob you and charge you all kinds of ridiculous move out fees. I was charged $250 for repainting when I left the walls just like I found them.
