I've lived here since it opened. The apartments are nice- a little small- but very nice. They always do a good job at keeping the grounds clean. Out of all the other student properties which are all off Riverside, I would have to say that these are the nicest. I checked out all the others just recently because I was thinking that I needed a change in scenery and boy was I surprised. All the others were horrible. The only one that I thought was nice was Crossings Place but I've heard all the horror stories from my friends that live there that you couldn't pay me to live there.
THe office staff has always been very nice and helpful and the maintenance staff is great- although a little weird,but my stuff gets fixed anyway. And Mase can be rude to some of the residents (he's a little uptight and pretentious) but overall he's been alright. I'm not in there griping all the time anyway. he's so much better than the old manager.
Needless to say, after my roommates and I shopped the competition, I realized that I shouldn't leave Sterling. The other places were so awful and all my complaints were trivial. I renewed my lease again!
