Damn good for near Riverside From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/13/2004 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   I lived here about 2 years ago when it first opened and the rent was really really cheap and I really liked it. I lived 2 places afterwards and they weren't as good. HOWEEVER, there's something in the water here. Metaphorically I mean because they only have 3/4s and 4/4s (maybe they have 2/2s I dont' remember) for some reason all roomates I've known who live there together end up hating each other. I think it's because the rooms are built un feung-shayish or something. I moved in with a girl I knew and she turned out to be a psycho (declared crazy by counciling). Another guy I knew moved in with these two guys and they turned out to be obsessive compulisve twins. This place is clean and attracts crazy neat freaks, so be careful about who you live with. The Ghost of Bad roomates seems to haunt the 3/3s and the 4/4s and 4/2s. Other than that, the gate usually worked, the pool was AWESOME, and there was only a little noise. The maintance staff was pretty good. Once they tried to charge me rent twice in one month because they don't know how to handle direct deposit but with a lawyer that was easily fixed.
