I had the typical Sterling experience--they took money out of my deposit for paltry, nonexistent problems--claiming that we didn't clean the bathroom, when in reality, it was cleaned TWICE, saying that there were black marks on all four bedroom walls, when I painted over everything, etc., etc.
Everytime I went in the office, the staff was either a)incompetent or b)acted like I was inconveniencing them by interrupting their conversation.
The place was loud, my neighbors were obnoxious, and I could hear the noise from the apartment complex next to Sterling.
The walls are paperthin.
However, it was relatively cheap, it did offer free ethernet.
Wow.
