ghetto From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/4/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   theft is a common thing, here dont talk about your room-mates because the walls are thin. dirty carpets that leave black dirt on your feet . staff ok . feeling safe here is a joke . austin police department told me this is the most crime ridden area in austin. i go to a.c..c. and had to pay more tuition because this place is outside the boundry area. they told my parents it was in the a.c.c. district . when we agreed to lease . parking is a free for all.
