While I was living there, my roomates beat down my door with a hammer and broke into my room and stole stuff from me. When I went down to the office, the manager would not even go to the apartment to look at it. They told me that there was nothing they could do; that we needed to work it on our own. Then I contacted a cop that lived in my building and was going to press charges, but the next day I found out that the manager had called him and told him not to do anything about it. To top it off I had to wait three days for them to fix my door because half the time they couldn't find the maintanence people and the other half of the time the maintanence people just stood there looking at my door because they were to high to figure out what to do. They were so uncooperative! Then, I moved out but continued to pay my rent for six months because they refused to move me or do anything about my crazy roomates. When I told the manager that I was moving out, she told me that I did not have to pay the water bill any longer since I had been so up front with her. Then at the end of my leasing period, I received a bill that said I owed over 100 dollars in water plus a 78 dollar fine for being late on it. When I asked her about it all she would say is, I don't remember saying that. The management is bipolar. One minute they would act like they were concerned and the next they would act like they had never talked to me. They would conviently get selective memory loss. It is the most unorganized "business" I have ever seen. All they do is rip you off and don't even try to make living there easy. The manager has no clue what she is doing, and only has the job because daddy let her. Stay away from this place!!!!
