Re: Warning From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/13/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   All I have to say is that there are laws that prevent apartment complexes and places like that from discriminating against anyone who wants to lease. It's called FAIR HOUSING COMPLIANCE. This means that anyone can live anywhere that they want regardless of their age. All apartment complexes are supposed to follow these laws and if they don't, they face SERIOUS FINES. So you're right, there is that chance that a 30 year old non-student will move in with you, you're right. But that's not something that makes a place bad to live in. If anything, it makes it better because that shows that no one is being discriminated against. That makes me feel better.
