This is the worst kind of place imaginable because it takes advantage of the fact that the people living here are students. They try to buy your love with big screen televisions and young attractive staff members, but they rip you off horribly on maintenance and sercurity bills. yes, they do not make you pay a security deposit upon move in but then they walk through the apartment with a fine tooth comb and bill you for all of the damages that occured to the apartment ever, even if they were not your fault (including charging you for "normal wear and tear" which is illegal). When I moved in the room I requested several maintence repairs like repainting the bedroom, fixing the blinds (which were broken when i moved in) etc. They were never done then i was charged for all of it on move out. i am currently fighting these charges. Anyways, this place is too much of a hassle to live in, they charge you too much money for everything except rent and you will end up getting kicked in the butt in the end.
Positve: the staff is friendly.

I had this same problem with getting charged for things that were already broken when I moved in (blinds, stained carpet, holes in walls, etc) that never got fixed when I lived there and then they wanted to charge me for all these things!
