Improving..thank God! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/20/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   I have lived here for almost three years now. For a while, it was pretty crappy, especially after the management right after Sterling came in. Things are changing now and I understand that the last management company was fired for not doing their job (which was quite evident the moment you walked through the door). The people in the office are much more friendly and helpful (except for the manager who is a LAZY bit**). Things are getting fixed immediatly now, where they were taking forever before if they did it at all. The girl that used to plan parties and stuff for us is working here again, which is cool because at least we'll get to do cool sh** again.(We've had fajatas by the pool, candy at our door and they're having a crawfish boil next weekend...)I've decided to renew my lease, because things HAVE gotten better, and the prices are very reasonable. Also, the front office totally works with you if you need anything or an extension or anything else, which is rapport I don't want to build elsewhere.
