I lived here from summer 2004 until summer 2005, and the first day I moved in my AC was broken and it was furnished when it was not supposed to be. It was so hot that I had to leave and stay with a friend. My roommates stayed through the next year, and the AC was never properly fixed. (Probably because the maintenance men were college guys who lived in the complex and wanted free rent). We lived on the 3rd floor facing the West sun, so it was really hot in the evening. The noise is typical for an all college community. There will be parties, and living by the volleyball court or pool will be even louder. My neighbor occasionally blasted his Xbox, but I would knock on the door and he would turn it down. The first 6 months I lived there it was fun and I knew everyone. But I think it's gone down hill. Almost everyone I knew moved, so that should tell you something. Auto theft got bad. My car radio was stolen, my neighbor's was stolen, and my roomate went to her car one morning to see that ALL 4 tires and rims were gone! The security guard was creepy, and the gate was broken several times because drunk people ran into it. Rent has gotten cheaper and now you get free cable, but I and my roommates would never move back.
