Never Again From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/9/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   This place was AWFUL. My apartment was broken into and it took them 2 days to replace the locks. Cars are broken into on a regualr basis, at least 20 in the last month. They have a convicted sex offender living in the complex and have NEVER informed their residents! There have been multiple rapes, break-ins, theifs, attacks, and the residents have only been informed of the car break-ins. Don't beleve me' Go to the Austin Police department webpage and enter the address. You'll be shocked at what you find. Please go rent from somewhere else, for your saftey! Maintaince is a joke - they accuse you of stuff that was already wrong prior to movie in and make you feel guilty for putting in a work-order! And - if they ever get to your workorder, they say they cant fix it! The management never knwo how to do anything, and it chages on a regular basis. They dont even follow the federal laws about housing, saftey, and more.
